Rare WWII German dot/Waffenwerke Brünn G. 33/40 8mm Mauser Mountain Carbine (1942). Very Good. 19" Barrel. Shiny Bore, Tight Action Bolt Action . An exceptionally rare, highly collectible example of the specialized German mountain troop (Gebirgsjäger) bolt-action carbine, offered in very good condition. Manufactured under the wartime code "dot" at the historic Brünn factory in 1942, this historic G. 33/40 features a handy 19-inch barrel, a robust controlled-round-feed cock-on-open action, and a bright, shiny bore. Crucially, the straight-grained wood stock retains its authentic metal mountain-climbing protection plate on the left side of the buttstock alongside its proper metal buttplate assembly.
