American Signal Company Portable Message Signs

For Auction: 2 American signal company maroon portable message signs. 2003 / 2004 manufacture year, Model # CMS-T33. Units have dead batteries that need to be replaced, estimated at $600 / unit. Unit has multiple light modules that are not working and may have failed computer drivers and or corroded connection terminals. Solar panels are scratched / damaged but do seem to be still producing some wattage. Controller is locked out, you will need to do a hard reset / manufacture reset to remove password. Hydraulic unit that is used to lift the unit display board on the tower pole does function, however will need some work. Units have dry rotted tires, damaged lights. Issues are similar on both units.
