This lot contains 400 rounds of M2 .30-06 SPRG ammunition produced by the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant. The ammunition is packaged in twenty individual cardboard cartons, with each carton holding 20 rounds. The entirety of the ammunition is stored in a metal M19A1-style ammunition can featuring an olive drab exterior. The metal can is marked with yellow stenciled text that reads 400 CAL. .30 CARTRIDGES, BALL M2, CARTONS, and LOT LC 42723. Each cardboard carton within the can bears printed markings specifying 20 CARTRIDGES, CALIBER .30, BALL M2, and LOT LC 42723, along with the manufacturer name.
