A vintage United States Navy heavyweight wool blanket, identified through web consensus as a medical department or shipboard issue from the World War II era. The blanket is constructed from cream-colored wool and features a single wide, woven navy blue stripe near the top edge. Centered below the stripe is the property marking U.S.NAVY executed in navy blue outline-style chain-stitched embroidery. The weave is tight and heavy, typical of military-grade textiles from this period. Dimensions: 43" x 74"
