We encourage you to research the properties prior to bidding. Our Buyer's premium is 8.5% of the winning bid plus a $695 documentation fee per Auction Lot. Payment is due 48 hours after auction closing. Invoices over $5,000 must be paid via wire transfer. Financing will require a contract specifying the loan terms and conditions. Transfer of ownership will all be handled online, no in-person meetings required.
