Overview This lot est. to consist of: (24) Modular frame workstations. The workstations are classified in usable condition. Each unit features 48 square feet of workspace with mid-height fabric panels and powered spines, configured with attached L-shaped worksurfaces and three-drawer file pedestals. Key Features Modular framed design allows for flexible office configurations. Mid-height fabric panels provide workspace privacy and sound dampening. Powered spines integrated into the frame structure for electrical connectivity. L-shaped worksurfaces maximize available workspace area. Three-drawer file pedestals provide storage capacity for each workstation. Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Workstations show typical signs of office use including surface wear and fabric panel wear. Some units may have minor scratches or scuff marks on worksurfaces. Electrical components and powered spine functionality should be verified before use. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
