Overview This lot est. to consist of: (57) Knoll 5 drawer lateral file cabinets. The cabinets are classified in usable condition. The cabinets are tan in color and feature a flip-up door on the top drawer. Key Features Five drawer lateral filing configuration. Tan color finish. Top drawer equipped with flip-up door mechanism. Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The cabinets show signs of previous use. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Buyer will be required to remove cabinet tops prior to removal. The cabinets are located on the 5th and 6th floors in HUD space.
